Role Overview
As Promotions Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of promotional campaigns across our digital and eCommerce platforms. This role is responsible for the full operational lifecycle of a promotion: sourcing the opportunity in data and research; designing the promotion and the cohorts it targets; bringing the campaign to life through our promotions engine; working with analytics partners to measure what it actually drove; and feeding those learnings back into the next cycle.
You'll leverage customer segmentation to deliver specific offers aimed at specific cohorts — then hold those offers accountable to incremental results rather than surface-level redemption. You will own the promotional calendar, working closely with stakeholders to ensure what we’re offering aligns with business goals. Success looks like a promotional calendar that gets measurably sharper every month: higher incrementality, and a repeatable framework the team can scale without a linear increase in supporting headcount.
As a proven collaborator and facilitator, you’ll partner closely with marketing, CRM, legal and business operations teams to drive seamless, impactful delivery of campaigns, while adhering to compliance and quality standards. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the analytics function to prepare assessment frameworks in advance; and be accountable for reporting on campaign performance and results.
This is a senior individual contributor role where you will own promotional design, implementation, and execution, with a seat at the table on long-term strategy. Reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth & Retention.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns across weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles via our in-house promotions engine and CRM stack.
Promotional Calendar Management: Act as the central owner of the full-year promotions roadmap, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure all promotions align with broader business goals.
Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including incentive costs, gross merchandise value (GMV), contribution margin, customer uptake, and return purchase rate.
Testing & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests to sharpen our playbook and continuously enhance understanding of our promotional levers.
Iterate and improve: Analyze post-campaign performance to feed actionable learnings back into the next cycle, ensuring the promotional calendar gets measurably sharper and more impactful every month.
Build scalable frameworks: Translate campaign results and learnings into repeatable promotional models that allow the business to scale operations effectively.
Who You Are
3-5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience
Strong project management skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Highly analytical, capable of interpreting performance, conversion, and return on investment from raw data
Comfortable driving both strategy and end-to-end execution of programs
Familiarity with content management systems
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e., Iterable, Braze)
Preferred: Familiarity with incentive/loyalty platforms (i.e., Talon.One)
Preferred: Familiarity with trading card or collectibles space
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $90,356 - $118,525. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
