Labor Management Consultant (LMC) - Central Coast Region

The primary function of an LMC is to provide agricultural employers with personnel management and labor relations services that improve compliance, efficiency, and employee relations within their operations. The LMC should have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in various areas of California and federal labor and employment law and personnel management, possess strong presentation, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
The LMC serves as a trusted resource and business partner to agricultural employers by providing practical guidance, training, compliance assistance, and support in addressing personnel and labor-related matters. The LMC reports to the FELS General Manager and responds to assigned LMC group participants.
