We’re looking for a Case Manager to join our CTP team in Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you’ll build specialist experience in personal injury claims while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
Whether you come from Allied Health, customer service, claims management or another people-focused environment, you’ll bring valuable skills to a role where every day is different. You’ll manage a portfolio of CTP claims, supporting customers through their recovery journey and working with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
No previous case management experience? No problem. We’ll provide comprehensive training, including 2 weeks of initial training, before you transition to our hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days from home per week.
What you’ll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of CTP claims and support customers throughout their recovery
Build strong relationships with claimants, healthcare providers and other stakeholders
Coordinate rehabilitation and recovery plans in line with relevant guidelines
Support customers to actively participate in their treatment and recovery
Develop personalised claims management strategies to achieve quality outcomes
Provide a high-quality, empathetic and customer-focused service
Work within relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures
Identify and manage barriers to recovery and return to work
What We're Looking For
Experience in claims management, customer service or Allied Health
Personal injury experience in another scheme will be highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and coordination skills
A genuine desire to support people through challenging circumstances
Resilience, empathy and a positive approach
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Confidence building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders
A willingness to learn and develop your claims management expertise
An outcome-focused approach and commitment to delivering quality customer experiences
