LBank is looking for a 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 to support our international product experience, localization needs, and global visual direction.
We’re looking for a senior designer who combines strong 𝗨𝗜/𝗨𝗫, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 capabilities with a strong international perspective.
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
• Direct work experience at a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) is mandatory
• Senior-level design experience, ideally P6/P7 level or equivalent
• Strong background in UI/UX, product design, and visual identity
• Strong sense of modern, international aesthetics
• Experience designing for global / international users
• Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both product thinking and visual execution
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
Experience at leading exchanges such as:
Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Gate.io, MEXC, KuCoin, HTX, BingX, or other established global CEXs.
Experience with Robinhood or other global fintech / trading platforms is also highly relevant.
𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀
• Experience with global localization / multi-market design
• Experience working across Europe, North America, or other international markets
• European or North American design exposure
• Chinese language knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience with trading, fintech, or financial-product design
• Experience working with international product and design teams
