About the Role
LBank is looking for results-driven Business Development Managers to expand our crypto futures business across India and Pakistan.
In this role, you will identify local market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, build relationships with crypto KOLs and trading communities, and drive user acquisition and business growth.
We are looking for professionals who understand their local crypto ecosystem and can turn industry relationships into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of LBank's futures trading business in India or Pakistan.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, affiliates, trading communities, institutional partners, and industry stakeholders.
Explore new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to support user acquisition and business expansion.
Lead partnership negotiations, develop cooperation proposals, and coordinate agreements and implementation.
Build and maintain a strong local network within the cryptocurrency, Web3, blockchain, and fintech industries.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive measurable results in user growth, partner acquisition, and business performance.
Represent LBank at local Web3 conferences, crypto events, industry meetups, and networking activities.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen LBank's market presence.
Requirements
Nationality: Indian or Pakistani nationals.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, Web3, blockchain, and fintech ecosystems in India or Pakistan.
Business Development: Relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, market expansion, or partner acquisition.
Industry Network: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, institutions, and local industry partners.
Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and business negotiation capabilities.
Growth Mindset: Ability to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to user growth and business targets.
Local Market Expertise: Good understanding of local market dynamics, crypto communities, and partnership opportunities.
Execution: Ability to independently manage business opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous business development experience at a cryptocurrency exchange (CEX), particularly in futures or derivatives trading.
Existing relationships with active crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, or institutional partners.
Experience driving exchange user acquisition, trading activity, or partnership growth.
Familiarity with crypto affiliate programs, referral partnerships, and community-driven growth campaigns.
Previous participation in regional Web3 events, conferences, or crypto networking activities.
Compensation
1,000–3,000 USDT, depending on experience and qualifications.
