Role Description The Site Manager role at Neocraft Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising site staff and subcontractors, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring adherence to project plans and interior design specifications. This role is responsible for monitoring progress, managing materials and equipment, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining site documentation such as daily reports and checklists. The Site Manager will liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve issues, manage timelines, and support quality control throughout the installation and finishing stages. The position requires proactive problem-solving, regular site inspections, and clear communication to keep projects on track and within scope.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in site management or supervision for interior fit-outs, construction, or related projects.
Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and on-site resource management.
Knowledge of interior materials, installation processes, and basic construction practices.
Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications accurately.
Commitment to workplace safety, compliance with local regulations, and quality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Capability to identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and make practical decisions under time constraints.
Proficiency in using basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site management apps).
Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working on projects in India; familiarity with local practices in Maharashtra is an advantage.
