HR & Payroll Consultant - TechnologyOne / TechOne
Our clients are a leading name in the TechOne space, they are currnelty seeking the services of
an experience TechOne HRP all-rounder.
The Opportunity
They are seeking a TechnologyOne HRP specialist to deliver complex workforce and payroll solutions across councils and higher education and Federal Government.
This is a product‑led role, not a generalist HR change position.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work with TechnologyOne to configure and implement TechnologyOne HR & Payroll
Support payroll processing, awards, EBAs and complex pay rules
Lead workforce data migration and parallel pays
Support the design of HR and Payroll operating processes within TechnologyOne
Support UAT, go‑live assurance and payroll stabilisation
Must Have
Proven TechnologyOne HRP implementation experience
Strong payroll domain knowledge (awards, EBAs, compliance)
Asset experience is highly considered!!!
Experience of BPAs, ETLs, XLOne, DocOne and other configuration options in TechnologyOne
Experience of the security and access model in TechnologyOne
Experience delivering ERP payroll into public‑sector environments
Demonstrated ability to work hands‑on in configuration and testing

Consulting Experience
Local government payroll environments
TechnologyOne SaaS HRP experience
Customer centric, you’re a customer advocate and know what it takes to deliver a compelling customer experience
