Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Drive the branch's financial and sales targets through strategic planning and effective distribution of consumer banking products.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch performance indicators.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
Foster strong customer relationships and resolve complex customer queries to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and business development strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in retail banking, wealth management, or branch operations, with prior experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and industry regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
