Product Developer, Sr- .Net, Angular and SQL

About the Role:
The Product Developer, Sr is responsible for designing, coding, testing and maintaining company products by participating in all phases of the development process. The person should having hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks. The Product Developer, Sr works with other areas of the business to provide recommendations and mentors other team members.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, test to support product features independently.
Participate in architecture and design reviews for the functionalities and production workflows.
Build and maintain data pipelines, training pipelines
Create tooling and automation that support model lifecycle, CI/CD process
Drive best practices for reproducibility, testing, and model governance.
Mentor and train other developers on AI concepts, tools.
Produce estimates for AI-related work and deliver on time with high quality.
Design, develop, test, and should be capable of deploying AI/ML models and services to support product features.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Expertise in applied AI/ML models; strong practical experience with model development, evaluation, and deployment.
Proficiency in C# .Net and AI/ML frameworks
Proficient in Angular and Typescript, HTML
Expertise in SQL & Oracle databases.
Solid software engineering skills: unit/integration testing, code review, refactoring, and design patterns.
Strong analytical thinking and complex problem‑solving ability.
Attention to detail and commitment to high code quality and observability.
Mentorship skills and experience delivering formal/informal training.
Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and industry domains quickly.
Qualifications:
5+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.
2+ years of specialized experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated track record of shipping AI/ML features to production.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related managed ML services.
Background in AI ethics, model fairness, or explainability.
Familiarity with domain-specific challenges for our products (e.g., manufacturing / process automation).
Good to have knowledge on RestAPI, Microfocus Cobol and JavaScript.
