Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Implementation Consultant** to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint ISC.
The successful candidate will work with business, security, application, infrastructure, and compliance teams to implement scalable identity governance capabilities including identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, certifications, role management, and application integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of **SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)** solutions.
* Gather and analyze business, security, compliance, and technical requirements for Identity Governance and Administration.
* Design SailPoint ISC solutions aligned with enterprise IAM architecture and security standards.
* Configure identity profiles, identity attributes, lifecycle states, access profiles, entitlements, roles, and governance policies.
* Implement **Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML)** lifecycle processes.
* Configure automated account provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise applications.
* Integrate SailPoint ISC with applications and platforms using supported connectors, APIs, and custom integrations.
* Configure and troubleshoot integrations with systems such as:
* Active Directory / Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
* LDAP
* Workday and other HR systems
* ServiceNow
* Salesforce
* SAP
* Oracle applications and databases
* JDBC-based applications
* REST APIs and SaaS applications
* Configure access request workflows, approval processes, access profiles, and entitlement management.
* Implement and manage access certifications including manager, application owner, and entitlement-owner reviews.
* Design and implement RBAC and role-management solutions.
* Develop custom rules, transforms, scripts, workflows, and API-based integrations where required.
* Work with **REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Web Services, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or BeanShell**, as applicable to the implementation.
* Perform source onboarding, account aggregation, entitlement aggregation, correlation, and identity attribute mapping.
* Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, identity correlation, connector, workflow, and certification issues.
* Implement segregation-of-duties and access governance controls based on organizational requirements.
* Support migration of configurations across development, test, staging, and production environments.
* Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, code/configuration reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
* Develop implementation documentation, configuration guides, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
* Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, stabilization, and post-production support.
* Work closely with SailPoint, IAM architects, cybersecurity teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
* Mentor junior SailPoint developers and implementation consultants.
* Identify opportunities to automate IAM processes and improve the organization's overall identity governance maturity.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Typically **6+ years of IAM/IGA experience**, including significant hands-on SailPoint implementation experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with **SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)**.
* Experience implementing enterprise-scale Identity Governance solutions.
* Strong knowledge of:
* Identity lifecycle management
* Access provisioning and deprovisioning
* Access certifications
* Access requests
* Entitlement management
* Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
* Segregation of Duties (SoD)
* Identity correlation
* Authentication and authorization concepts
* Experience onboarding authoritative and non-authoritative identity sources.
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, REST APIs, and SaaS application integrations.
* Good understanding of protocols and technologies such as:
* REST
* SOAP
* JSON
* XML
* OAuth 2.0
* SAML
* SCIM
* SQL
* Experience troubleshooting SailPoint connectors, aggregations, provisioning operations, and identity-processing issues.
* Strong understanding of IAM security principles and regulatory/compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* SailPoint Identity Security Cloud certification or other SailPoint professional certification.
* Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in addition to ISC.
* Experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IGA platforms to SailPoint ISC.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
* Experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
* Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.
* Knowledge of Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management, Identity Threat Detection, and broader Identity Security concepts.
Senior-Level Expectations
The Senior SailPoint ISC Implementation Consultant is expected to operate independently on complex implementations and provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, leading application onboarding and governance implementation, resolving complex production issues, establishing implementation standards, mentoring team members, and communicating technical decisions to architects, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
