Why this is an exciting opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Enablement to join HUB24 in a newly elevated role that will commence in January 2027. You'll play a key role in shaping how our Marketing & Communications function operates, helping to build a scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled operating model that supports the future of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded marketing operations leader who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, optimising processes and leveraging technology to improve performance. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Technology and Data, you'll lead initiatives that streamline ways of working, enhance the martech ecosystem, embed AI and automation, and drive greater operational effectiveness across the function.

What you’ll be doing
Lead the evolution of HUB24's marketing operating model, governance frameworks and ways of working.
Map, redesign and optimise end-to-end marketing and communications processes to improve efficiency, scalability and business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration and operational effectiveness.
Own and optimise the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring tools and platforms deliver maximum value.
Develop and implement AI and automation strategies that improve workflow efficiency and accelerate delivery.
Establish meaningful performance metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive change adoption and embed new ways of working.
Build capability across the Marketing & Communications team in marketing operations, AI and process excellence.
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
Extensive experience in marketing operations, business transformation or operational excellence, ideally within a technology, SaaS or high-growth environment.
Proven track record designing and implementing scalable operating models, processes and governance frameworks.
Strong experience with marketing technology platforms, automation tools and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated success embedding AI solutions and driving organisational adoption of new technologies.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex change initiatives across multiple teams.
A naturally curious, technology-minded and commercially focused approach to problem solving.
Highly organised, process-driven and passionate about identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while bringing others on the journey.
