Grooming Salon Manager | Bairnsdale

Are you an experienced groomer who enjoys leading a team and creating a great experience for customers and their pets? We're looking for a hands-on Grooming Salon Manager to take the lead in our Bairnsdale salon and help drive its next stage of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established salon with a loyal and growing customer base. The salon is fully equipped with three grooming stations and a dedicated bathing and drying station, giving you everything you need to run a successful operation while supporting a small team to achieve their best.
Leading the Salon's Success
As the Salon Manager, you'll oversee the day to day running of the salon while continuing to provide high-quality grooming services. You will play a key role in developing your team, maintaining service standards, and building strong relationships with customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting a team of two groomers
Coaching and developing team members across different skill levels
Managing salon bookings, workflow and productivity
Delivering an exceptional customer experience for pets and their owners
Driving customer growth and identifying opportunities to build the salon's performance
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaged team culture
Working closely with the store leadership team to support the ongoing success of the business
Your Background
We're looking for someone who is passionate about grooming, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
You will bring:
Previous grooming experience, ideally with leadership or management responsibilities
A genuine passion for developing and supporting others
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A positive, hands-on leadership style
The motivation to help grow the salon and foster a high-performing team environment
