Werkstudent oder auch Praktikanten (f/m/d) für unsere Marke Quattroflow ™
Aufgabenbereiche:
Produktentwicklungsprogramme: Du unterstützt die Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Durchführung neuer Produktentwicklungsprogramme.
Machbarkeitsstudien: Du untersuchst das Produktportfolio auf die Umsetzbarkeit von neuen Funktionen und führst Machbarkeitsstudien durch.
Trouble-Shooting/Continous Improvement: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Lösungsfindung in Bezug auf technische Sachverhalte aus dem Feld.
3D-Datenbank: Du fertigst selbstständig und mit dem Team 3D-Modelle und 2D-Ableitungen unserer Pumpen an.
Marketing/Customization: Du beteiligst Dich bei der Anfertigung von Darstellungen/Technischen Datenblättern von neuen Produkten oder Variantenkonstruktionen.
Was Du mitbringst:
Praxisnaher Ansatz: Du besitzt durch Deinen Studiengang einen praxisnahen Ansatz und bringst Verständnis für Werkstoffkunde und Mechanik mit.
Umgang mit Arbeitsmitteln: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mikroskopen und Methoden zur Messung von Bauteilen. Deine guten Kenntnisse in statistischen Werkzeugen und Methoden zur Analyse wendest Du zum Ziehen zuverlässiger Schlussfolgerungen aus Rohdaten an.
IT-Affinität: Du bist idealerweise mit der CAD-Software Solidworks, dem Programm Labview und allen Microsoft Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel, gut vertraut.
Persönlichkeit: Dich zeichnen Deine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Deine gute Problemlösefähigkeit aus. Du bist wissbegierig, kreativ und lebst die F&E Mentalität. Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, Dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zurechtzufinden.
Einsatzort: Du lebst in NRW oder in der Umgebung von Duisburg und bist bereit überwiegend bei uns vor Ort zu arbeiten.
