Role Description The Project Manager role at Solar Squre is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. This role involves monitoring project progress, managing risks, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also supervise expediting and logistics activities, review inspection reports, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Regular reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives will be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience in expediting and expeditor functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance practices for project deliverables.
Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of transportation, storage, and scheduling of supplies.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction projects is an advantage.
