Full Stack Engineer

. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who will also take on technical leadership responsibilities. The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions, coordinating with the engineering team, and contributing directly to development.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in full stack development.
Proficient in Node.js and extensive experience with frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
Strong experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MySQL.
Experience with noSQL such as MongoDB is a bonus.
At least 5 years of experience with React.js,
Experience with React Native is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.
Proficient in using Git for version control.
Must have expereince leading team of developers
Must be comfortable with client communication
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Breaks down business and product requirements into manageable tech tasks
Independently handles deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Owns end-to-end implementation of large features or modules
Performs code reviews and enforces coding standards
Collaborates with team members and mentors junior devs
Communicates clearly in internal discussions (client interaction not mandatory)
Anticipates risks or blockers and flags them early
Suggests architectural improvements and refactoring opportunities
Ensures code follows best practices and is production-ready
