Travel Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle US travel-related queries, bookings, and customer support. The candidate will assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requirements while ensuring a high level of service
Key Responsibilities
bound/outbound to US travel.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary changes.
Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
Handle her queries and resolve issues professionally within defined timelines
Process and update customer information accurately
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, travel guidelines, and data-security procedures.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of US geography, time zones, airports, and travel routes.
Basic understanding of airline reservations and travel processes.
Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
Good computer skills and ability to learn travel/reservation software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
