Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the company’s web platforms and digital interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include developing user-friendly front-end features, implementing secure and scalable back-end functionality, and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions, optimizing site performance and SEO, and integrating third-party tools or APIs as needed. The Web Developer will also troubleshoot technical issues, maintain code quality and documentation, and contribute to ongoing enhancements that improve the online experience for clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, working with relevant frameworks, databases, and APIs.
Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, including debugging, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Candidates should possess an understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with designers and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant experience with version control (e.g., Git), security best practices, and SEO-friendly development is beneficial.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site team environment are essential.
