Role Description The Immigration Consultant (Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration goals, and present suitable visa and migration options aligned with their profiles. Daily tasks include conducting detailed consultations, explaining eligibility criteria and processes, preparing basic case notes, and coordinating with internal processing teams. The role also involves follow-up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and meeting sales and conversion targets through ethical and compliant practices. The consultant will provide ongoing client support, respond to queries, and ensure a professional, service-oriented experience from first contact through to application submission.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of immigration issues and global immigration trends, with the ability to interpret and explain requirements clearly.
Knowledge of various visa categories (PR, work, study, tourist, business) and related procedures for multiple countries.
Basic familiarity with immigration law and regulatory frameworks, and the ability to stay updated with policy changes.
Consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution presentation, and relationship management in a sales environment.
Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in immigration, education, or related services.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and other languages is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities with a client-centric approach.
Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to manage leads and documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, meet targets, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
Graduate degree in any discipline; specialized certification or training in immigration or international education is a plus.
