Job Purpose
Responsible for network uptime for radio in Nokia & Huawei, Ericsson RAN & MWs of different OEMs. Focus to improve network KPIs for all technologies.
Key Result
Areas/Accountabilities
Network uptime for all technology in the cluster& ensure RNA better than competitor.
Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance of RAN & MW networks to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPI’s for 2G, 3G & 4G network.
MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS.
Core Competencies,
Knowledge, Experience
Command level knowledge of SRAN / OSS.
Good technical skills in MW domain, especially Traffic node of Ericsson, RTN Huawei etc.
Able to troubleshoot SRAN / BSC / Radio faults.
Coordination skills with various Infra service partners.
Experience- minimum 7-8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN domain especially in Nokia /Huawei/Ericsson RAN
RAN & MW Inventory Management.
Initiative on Opex control & ensure cost / Site as per budgeted value.
Well versed with various transmission interfaces / technologies
WFM KPI Management.
Packet loss/TNL/Latency/S1 Outage must be resolved within same day of escalation.
Coordination with Infra Partners to keep the Uptime high.
MW Traffic shifting for LOS/Interference cases
To work with Safety and ensuring to follow the HSW Guidelines.
Driving initiatives for reduction of repeated Faults and improvement of MTTR.
NSS and Inventory compliance.
RAN/MW KPI Management
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
B.E/ B.tech in Electronics and Communication having 5-8 years of exp.
Sound technical knowledge of BSS RAN & MW networks.
