As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems that may span the entire product lifecycle or focus on specific stages. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
Strong experience in software configuration and system development within enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
