Role Description The Embedded System Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on learning and contributing to embedded systems projects under guidance from experienced mentors. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in the development, testing, and debugging of embedded software, supporting hardware integration and basic circuit analysis, and documenting technical processes and findings. The intern will collaborate with technical and training teams, participate in virtual meetings, and help troubleshoot issues related to embedded platforms and devices. This role offers exposure to real-world workflows, tools, and best practices, while providing structured support for skill development and career growth.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to approach technical challenges systematically.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to help identify, diagnose, and resolve embedded system issues.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with mentors, peers, and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems, basic networking, and common development tools.
Basic understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, or electronics; coursework or projects in embedded C/C++, IoT, or robotics are beneficial.
Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines.
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
