Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling
📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai

Role:
Lead a team handling vessel scheduling and voyage maintenance, ensuring accurate vessel schedules, port rotations, timings and shipping master data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team workload, shift planning and SLA delivery.
Manage vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations, ETB/ETD and cut-off updates.
Handle vessel substitutions, blank sailings and schedule changes.
Ensure accuracy of scheduling and master data in shipping systems.
Coordinate with Network Planning, Cargo Operations and Trade Management teams.
Handle escalations, system issues and schedule discrepancies.
Monitor productivity, quality, TAT and SLA performance.
Prepare operational dashboards and reports.
Train, coach and develop team members.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Required:
5+ years in Container Shipping / Vessel Scheduling / Maritime Logistics / Network Operations.
Current designation as Team Leader / Assistant Manager preferred.
Strong knowledge of vessel schedules, port rotations and liner shipping operations.
Advanced MS Excel – Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query.
Experience with FIS/shipping systems, Power BI or similar tools preferred.
Strong team leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
