Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Textile Designer role based in Aurai , Bhadohi.You won't just generate digital renders. You'll design floor coverings for leading interior brands across the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa, developing everything from initial colour stories and pattern repeats to the technical graphs our master weavers read on the mill floor.
• Degree in Textile/Surface Design.
• 2–3 years in rug or home textile design (exceptional fresh grads with standout portfolios welcome).
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, or specialised textile CAD.
• Sharp intuition for colour, texture, and yarn behaviour.
