Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive will be responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining regular MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Day-to-day activities include collecting and validating data from various internal systems, analyzing trends, and generating insights for management review. The role involves coordinating with different teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, identifying data inconsistencies, and recommending improvements in reporting processes. The MIS Executive will also support the enhancement of information systems, documentation of reporting standards, and compliance with internal guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) concepts.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data validation, trend analysis, and dashboard preparation.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting reports to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with databases or BI tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to work accurately under deadlines.
Candidates should possess an understanding of financial services or related industries; prior experience in an MIS or reporting role will be an advantage.
