Our client, India's leading private equity firm, is looking to engage with an experienced Consultant - Retail Store CAPEX Optimization to help optimize store setup costs as we expand our retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing BOQs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Benchmark current prices and identify CAPEX reduction opportunities.
Optimize store specifications without affecting brand image or customer experience.
Identify savings across: Civil & Interiors, furniture, VM & Signage, ACs, TVs & Lighting
Identify and connect with suitable vendors/suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Support cost optimization for stores of 1,500–2,000 sq. ft. and 3,000+ sq. ft.
Advise on cost-effective solutions for multiple store openings.
NOTE:
Duration: 3 Months (extendable)
Location: Mumbai
Capacity: Part time
Nature: Hybrid (2 days Work From Home, 3 days Work From Office)
