HR Consultant

Our client, a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing, is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Key Responsibilities
Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Act as the HR Business Partner for the manufacturing unit, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Drive and support key HR processes including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
Manage employee relations and address workforce concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Analyse HR data and workforce trends to provide actionable insights to business and plant leadership.
Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
Support learning and development, employee engagement, and other people initiatives at the plant.
Partner with leadership on change management and implementation of HR policies and processes

Skills Required
4–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
Experience working as an HR Business Partner
Strong understanding of manufacturing HR and workforce management.
Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
Ability to partner effectively with plant leadership and business stakeholders.
Experience coordinating with recruitment partners, ITIs, training institutes, and campus sources.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
