Senior User Experience Designer

This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives, from user research and problem definition to wireframing, prototyping, and final design solutions.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
Apply User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Interaction Design principles across product experiences.
Design intuitive and responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
Build, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, and reusable design patterns.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Present design concepts and case studies to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and recommendations.
Incorporate analytics, user feedback, and usability findings to drive data-informed design decisions.
Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and UX best practices.
Manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality designs within project timelines.
Work with global stakeholders and international teams across different geographies and functions.
