The research group focuses on understanding the environment-microbe-human complex interactions. We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow (RF) with an interest in antimicrobial resistance and bioinformatics.
The RF will work on a project aiming to profile antimicrobial resistance and bacterial communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rigorous study design.
Perform in-depth, critical data analyses.
Effectively communicate research findings through presentations and high-quality journal publications.
Assist in supervising research students within the group.
Job Requirements:
PhD in microbiology, bioinformatics, computational biology or a related field.
Experience on python, linux and HPC.
A strong interest in interdisciplinary research.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with group members and collaborators.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and with minimum supervision
