AgentOps Technical Lead

As an AgentOps Tech Lead, you will be the senior technical authority for our new AgentOps team.
The AgentOps department empowers Business functions through the strategic design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced AI-powered solutions. Our main objective is to deliver significant improvements in operational efficiency and foster a culture of innovation, delivering seamless integration and orchestration with wider Business systems
We are looking for an individual with a blend of deep technical expertise, a passion for mentoring, and a commitment to driving technical excellence. You will be the team's lead engineer, responsible for mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, guiding architectural design and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents and workflows.
The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually.
Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or a similar capacity.
Expert-level programming skills and a proven track record of designing and building complex, scalable software solutions.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures.
Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a talent for diagnosing and resolving difficult technical challenges.
