Position Summary
Technical Delivery Manager (Deputy Manager), in Member Firms – Data and Reporting Teams associated with Cloud based technologies like Data Bricks, niche data and reporting technologies like Tableau, python and Power BI. As a Delivery Manager in the SD, the individual needs to have experience in Data and reporting related technologies, Projects implementation and maintenance. He/She should have People Management, Resource Management experience to manage the team of 4-5 resources.

As a TDM Data& Reporting on the Member Firms team, you will be responsible for…
Own end-to-end delivery of allocated Data and Reporting projects and operations, including reporting technology stacks such as Tableau, Power BI, data modeling, and SQL queries.
Work closely with technical leads to support smooth delivery, address technical and design challenges, and resolve production issues and user problems.
Allocate and track work across a team of 4 to 5 professionals; deploy support resources and improve team utilization and productivity for project and operational activities.
Provide technical direction; manage performance; coach team members in technical and professional areas; and identify training and operational needs.
Provide project updates, risks, and challenges to USI group leads and onshore counterparts; resolve issues and identify future opportunities for the team.
The team
Member Firms is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.
This Team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. Member firms has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. This Team comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or computer science.
8+ years of information technology experience in data and reporting technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, data visualization, dashboard concepts, and data modeling.
3-4 years of development experience with data and cloud-based reporting technology stacks, including data integration into Tableau and Power BI data-modeling environments.
4+ years of experience leading data and reporting projects, operational activities, and support delivery.
4+ years of people-management experience, including coaching or mentoring team members and managing at least four resources.
Experience optimizing semantic models and dashboard visualizations, and implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) with Tableau, Power BI, and GitHub.
Experience with data modeling, fact and dimension mapping, Structured Query Language (SQL) query development, and report design using charts, tiles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and drill-down functionality.
Preferred:
Experience managing project schedules, resource plans, risks, and status reporting for data and reporting projects.
