Senior Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you will lead the discovery, analysis, and delivery of key digital transformation initiatives, including our Partner Portal, Learning Management System (LMS), and Support Platform. Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure that business needs are translated into scalable, high-impact solutions. You will be expected to understand user requirements, analyze business processes, facilitate workshops, develop clear documentation, and support project delivery within Agile environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Training, Technology, etc.) to identify needs and pain points across digital platforms.
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops.
Capture and document detailed business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, recommending process improvements and digital enhancements.
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management efforts, and post-launch validation.
Track and analyze project KPIs, recommending iterative improvements.
Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading platforms to identify feature enhancements and best practices.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
Background in B2B, IT services, channel partner ecosystems, or enterprise software industries.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with collaboration and requirements tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, M365).
Familiarity with SFDC, partner ecosystems, B2B portals, and channel sales workflows.
Proficiency with AI capabilities and tools.
Preferred Qualifications based on the responsibilities per project
Partner Portal:
Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) systems.
Understanding of CMS platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO), and content delivery optimization.
Ability to leverage data modeling tools to identify pain points and opportunities within the partner journey, and to propose solutions that improve usability, content access, and program transparency.
Experience analyzing and enhancing the user experience across different partner tiers and personas.
LMS (Learning Management System):
Partnering with Learning & Development teams to define course structures, certification flows, learner journeys, and reporting needs.
Gathering requirements for user management, assessments, content tagging, and progress tracking.
