Job Description
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational structure and business growth. Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, overseeing resume screening, interviews, and hiring to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
2. Channel Strategy & Optimization
Analyze talent market trends to expand and maintain diverse sourcing channels (campus partnerships, executive search, digital platforms). Evaluate channel performance, refine sourcing mixes, and enhance cost-efficiency in recruitment.
3. Talent Pipeline Development
Conduct industry and talent mapping to strategically build a pipeline of core competencies. Curate and update a dynamic talent pool, proactively engaging potential candidates to support long-term organizational objectives.
4. Process Standardization & Employer Branding
Contribute to the design and refinement of recruitment processes and systems. Standardize workflows, upskill interviewers, and enhance candidate experience to strengthen employer brand equity.
5. Data-Driven Recruitment Insights
Analyze recruitment metrics (fill rates, source effectiveness, retention) to generate actionable reports. Leverage insights to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience supporting international (JPAC) market.
Strong sourcing capabilities and proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Chinese companies expanding overseas, Chinese multinational enterprises, or cross-border businesses is preferred.
Prior recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales functions is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Chinese and English, as working languages.
