Key Responsibilites:
Full-Lifecycle Engineering & Deployment:
Drive end-to-end product development, from system design and hands-on coding to cloud deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Architect, build, and maintain full-stack Web, Mobile, and API applications using .NET, React.js, and React Native.
Design, optimize, and manage robust relational databases (SQL).
Establish and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment frameworks for rapid release cycles.
Client & Vendor Engagement:
Client Meetings: Lead technical discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and solution architecture presentations with client stakeholders and leadership.
Vendor & Partner Visits: Conduct on-site vendor visits and technical audits to evaluate third-party integrations, software tools, hardware interfaces, or infrastructure setups.
Technical Advocacy: Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients, ensuring technical feasibility and managing delivery expectations.
Business Analysis & Solution Design:
Convert complex, ambiguous business and domain requirements into clear functional specs and scalable technical architecture.
Evaluate client workflows—specifically within ERP, HRMS, CMMS, or CAFM systems—to recommend custom integrations, workflow automations, and product enhancements.
Oversee system performance, security standards, high availability, and platform scalability.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Backend: .NET Core 8 / C# / ASP.NET
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript
Mobile: React Native
Database: SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Database Design amp; Optimization
DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Cloud hosting environments
Domain Skills: Business Analysis, System Architecture, REST API Design, Technical Documentation.
Preferred Industry Background:
Experience building products in ERP, HRMS, CMMS, or CAFM domains is strongly preferred.
