Role: Lead Data Scientist – ML Time Series & Forecasting

Role:
Lead a team of Data Scientists/ML Engineers while remaining hands-on in building and deploying ML solutions, especially forecasting, time-series, scenario modelling, and scoring models.
Mandatory Skills:
7+ years in ML/Data Science with 4+ years in team leadership.
Strong Forecasting & Time-Series experience.
Statistical models: ARIMA, ETS, Prophet.
ML techniques: Gradient Boosting, Deep Learning.
Strong Python & SQL.
ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
End-to-end ML lifecycle: Data → Training → Deployment → Monitoring.
MLOps: MLflow, Model Registry, CI/CD, Monitoring.
Experience deploying ML models into production.
Strong technical and people leadership skills.
Good to Have:
Financial Services / FinTech experience.
Azure / Microsoft Fabric.
Weights & Biases or similar MLOps tools.
