About Position:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Data Migration, Implementation Projects, Rollouts, Enhancements, and AMS/Application Support engagements. This role will focus on governing, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise master data processes while ensuring data quality, standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Lead and participate in SAP MDM/MDG implementation and transformation projects.
Conduct business process workshops and master data governance assessments.
Gather business requirements and design master data governance frameworks.
Define and implement enterprise master data standards, policies, controls, and best practices.
Support ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs involving master data harmonization and standardization.
Design and execute master data migration, cleansing, and validation strategies.
Support governance and maintenance of Material Master, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Finance Master Data.
Manage product hierarchy, classifications, duplicate management, and data quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration programs by defining migration strategies and execution plans.
Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.
Utilize migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, SAP BODS, and related data migration utilities.
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP master data processes and AMS engagements.
Resolve incidents, service requests, and master data-related operational issues.
Support data quality initiatives and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
8 to 12 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on Master Data Management.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and enterprise data governance processes.
Minimum of two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Experience in AMS/Application Support engagements.
Strong expertise in master data migration, cleansing, standardization, and governance activities.
Experience managing Material Master, Business Partner, Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Finance Master Data.
Strong understanding of data quality management, duplicate prevention, and data harmonization strategies.
Experience with ECC to S/4HANA transformation and migration programs.
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, SAP BODS, and related migration tools.
Strong understanding of master data lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
Experience conducting business workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Ability to define master data policies, controls, and compliance standards.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive best practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Global Shared Services environments is preferred.
SAP MDG Certification is highly desirable.
