Gen AI Engineer| 5 years
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI application development.
Experience with Agentic AI, including Multi-Agent Orchestration and AI Observability.
Minimum 2+ years of Python development experience.
Experience in building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
Hands-on experience integrating and working with LLMs and AI agents.
Experience monitoring AI applications in production, including evaluation frameworks, production metrics, and performance tracking.
Ability to develop scalable AI solutions and take them from proof-of-concept to production.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of Agentic AI experience can also be considered if they have strong Gen AI fundamentals.
Background in AI/ML Engineering or MLOps with recent hands-on experience in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, etc.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
Exposure to LLMOps, prompt engineering, and AI governance practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI workloads.
Familiarity with model deployment, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of AI monitoring tools, tracing, and observability platforms.
