ERP Roadmap PMO Support

Job Description:
A new role for the ERP Program PMO department is open. If you are looking for new project management challenges and being part of a team that makes project execution dynamic and exciting, this is your opportunity.
As part of our team, you will be in charge among many other things of:
Analyzing and integrating schedules, budgets, resources, and quality metrics.
Scheduling and planning programs/projects, including task distribution.
Managing project risks and opportunities.
Supervising, controlling, and reporting on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.
Controlling contractual data configuration and managing changes.
Managing the implementation of new project management tools and processes.
Collaborating closely with other PMOs in an international environment.
Required skills
We will highly appreciate the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Team working skills, empathy, and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is welcome but not strictly required).
Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
Familiarity with planning tools such as UPI and Forge IPT will be a plus.
C1 level of English. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory, as you will be communicating constantly with teams in France and Germany.
