Purpose
The primary goal of this role is to manage and support the operations related to account maintenance and Manual on-boarding. This includes ensuring that the service levels and quality standards are consistently met, aligning with the overarching objectives and values of the organization. The position requires a proactive approach to overseeing these operations, facilitating effective processes, and driving improvements to achieve the desired outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Approve, validate, review MyID access and Service NAB approvals to ensure Compliance and Risk requirements are met
Approve, validate, maintain and manage SAP position and transfers in and out of business - including exiting staff to avoid any breaches
Manage mandatory compliance learning of the team to ensure compliance requirements are met
Lead daily operations of the team to ensure all SLA requirements and Quality Metrics are met
Assist manager in Weekly meetings, Buzz meetings and other ad hoc meetings with Onshore/Offshore LT & other Stakeholders.
Manage and handle Colleague Connect cases on team members that result out of policy and behavioural breaches
To maintain team awareness and comply to all aspects of policy, procedure and statutory requirements.
Ensure all AOM requirements are met in Control-IQ effectively.
Ensure team engagement through heartbeat action plans and running effective buzz and team meetings.
Capabilities & Experience
12 years+ professional experience in leadership as a Team Leader or above in banking operations
Leadership Skills
Coaching Team Members
Strong disciplined operating rhythm
Leave planning and management
SME Capability
Preferred - Leader knowledge of AOM and Control-IQ
Other capabilities
Stakeholder management/Change Management
Microsoft Office proficient
