YOUR NEW ROLE
Drive the adoption and enablement of CRM to enable a world class CRM function across the enterprise
Deliver scalable solutions that meet the business requirements that is also configurable across multiple domains
Develop, program and code technology applications software solutions to meet agreed specifications
Build and manage effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
Work with key stakeholders on the deliverables of various initiatives within both the technology and business space
Collaboration with IT on sprint planning, prioritisation, sequencing and benefits sign off and realisation
Work with teams to analyse business processes, procedures and user requirements in order to establish system requirements
Develop solutions and specifications so that agreed requirements can be converted into functional systems
Improve, enhance and correct systems as necessary
SME into Projects and support Enterprise Projects
Development and maintenance of Dashboards and Reports
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
11+ years of experience working and developing and working on the Salesforce platform and test and performance automation.
Extensive Salesforce and CRM knowledge, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce configuration and Salesforce DX
Problem solving and coding skills
Understanding of regulatory requirements across Banking
Qualification Requirements
Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
