YOUR MISSION:
Conduct the manufacture, fitting and assembly of jewellery pieces by applying the operating ranges using equipment, machines and tools in accordance with quality, speed, time and safety requirements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Operate and maintain semi-complex equipment and machinery, prioritizing routine tasks to enhance efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production issues.
- Train and mentor team members to handle non-routine transactional activities, ensuring effective stock management, inventory replenishment, and merchandise presentation.
- Execute a wide range of established service operations tasks, including resolving various subprocesses or decision parameters to deliver efficient operational services.
- Perform standard maintenance and repair activities under detailed guidance, troubleshooting basic technical or operational problems by applying predefined solutions.
- Conduct a variety of customer service activities, managing complex or atypical customer cases and inquiries.
- Support inventory management by performing routine tasks following established procedures.
- Adhere to mandatory procedures and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment, to safeguard the environment and ensure the well-being of self and others.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and regulatory codes, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards.
- Enhance process and technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Demonstrate sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Possess an upper secondary school education.
- No managerial experience required.
