Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst with at least 3 years of professional experience. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for business reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, conducting in-depth data analysis, and generating clear reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves developing and refining data models, applying statistical methods to uncover trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to support product, operations, and consulting engagements. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate findings in a clear and structured way, and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and analytics tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analytical approaches and build predictive or descriptive models.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess practical experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Candidates should possess familiarity with a programming language used in data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics and reports; exposure to IT services, consulting, or software development environments is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail and data quality.
