Position Responsibilities
Design low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN, Wi-Fi Networks, and more for commercial and multifamily projects
Act as a resource and provide technical assistance for multiple projects during bidding, design, permitting, and construction
Provide efficiency reviews and/or value engineering options for existing designs
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel
Design code-compliant, contract-compliant, and cost-effective systems while reviewing scopes of work, specifications, plans, and legal contracts
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Five or more years of experience with low voltage system design
Knowledge of the technical aspects of fire alarm design, including high-rise design, smoke control experience, and systems product knowledge
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Understanding of building, fire, and electrical codes
