Join our Saint Luke's Cardiology Team as a Scheduler on the Plaza!
Full Time
Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm - No Nights, No Weekends
Hybrid opportunity after 90 months
Previous scheduling experience preferred within medical office, clinic, hospital or specialty practice
Strong computer and customer service skills and attention to detail required.
The Opportunity:
Make a meaningful impact on patient care everyday. As a Cardiology Scheduler, you play a vital role in coordinating appointments, diagnostic testing, follow up care and helping ensure patients receive timely access to services they need.
This role is the central contact for the physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office.
Completes scheduling from referrals and manages provider’s recall lists.
Takes incoming phone calls for operator and scheduling lines.
Provides cross coverage for registration/reception.
Schedules appointments and services.
Determines financial accountability based on information and referrals.
