Northrop Grumman is seeking supply chain students for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Plymouth, MN.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Decision making
Working in Microsoft Excel
The ability to pull together data from various sources into a comprehensive, priced Bill of Material
Develop and analyze pricing strategies
Present pricing/proposal data to upper management and stand behind decisions
Understand and proactively resolve gaps in proposals/pricing strategies
Support, track and prioritize multiple tasks
Work with program teams and functional teams (procurement, quality, engineering, finance)
Read and understand FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Basic Qualifications
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time through Fall 2027.
Be majoring in or having majored in Business, Global Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Operations Management, or related degree.
Be available to work full-time (40 hrs./week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master’s program): $22.75 - $33.00
Masters degrees: $32.75 - $41.50
