Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg – Hedgesville, WV is looking for a compassionate Recovery Support professional who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals working toward recovery from substance use.
This is an opportunity to use your experience and education to build connections, strengthen recovery supports, and help individuals create a foundation for lasting change.

💰 $18–$20/hour
🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Connect individuals with community resources and recovery supports
Help clients build long-term recovery connections
Facilitate individual and group sessions under clinical supervision
Support clients and families throughout the treatment process
Participate in treatment team and community meetings
Collaborate with families, providers, referral sources, and community partners
Maintain client documentation and treatment records
What You Bring
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
Recommended: 1+ year of experience in substance use treatment or direct client support
