High Focus Centers – Lawrenceville Outpatient is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor to join our clinical team providing PHP & IOP treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

💰 $50,000–$60,000/year
🎓 FREE Licensure Supervision!
🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do
Provide individual, family, and group counseling
Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals
Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team
Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments
Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers
Support aftercare planning and continuity of care
Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
What You Bring
Required Licensure: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC — or actively working toward licensure with Master's degree
