Healthcare Staffing Account Manager

The Healthcare Staffing Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships within the healthcare accounts team. This position emphasizes client relations, team collaboration, provider scheduling, and ensuring smooth billing operations, with a commitment to providing excellent customer support. The role involves working closely with a dedicated healthcare accounts team and requires attendance at quarterly client meetings to maintain strong partnerships.
This role will be located in-office.
Responsibilities
Manage client relations to foster strong, lasting partnerships
Collaborate effectively within the dedicated healthcare accounts team
Coordinate and manage physician and advanced practice provider schedules to ensure consistent shift coverage across client facilities
Support physician and APP recruitment efforts, assisting with candidate sourcing and pipeline development as staffing needs arise
Provide timely and effective customer support to address client needs
Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and promptness
Participate in quarterly client meetings to review service and account status
Take ownership of open shifts, proactively problem-solving and escalating as needed to ensure every shift is filled
Required Qualifications
Preferred 1+ years of experience in healthcare account management
Experience with provider scheduling and shift coverage coordination, ideally within a healthcare or staffing environment
Familiarity with physician recruitment processes, including sourcing and candidate engagement
A demonstrated commitment to reliability and follow-through, with a track record of doing what it takes to fill shifts and prevent coverage gaps
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally under time pressure
