Job description for Group Lead – Employee Benefit
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the Employee Benefits Line of business
Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness
Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates
Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance
Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements
Diligently attend to escalation
Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices
Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources
Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met
To have Finance & Accounting background (AP/AR)
Work Experience:
~ 10 to 15 years of experience managing Client management in the FnA background/HRO background, claim reimbursements, especially travel claims
~Minimum 3 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 25 Team members managed
Skills and Qualification:
CA Inter passed
Strong Communication skills
Analytical and Problem solving bent of mind
Able to work under pressure to meet timelines
Able to effectively collaborate
Customer Centric behavior
Technical Experience
Experience in MS Office, MS Excel, SAP
Must have Skill: Travel Claims Processing, Reimbursement, MS Excel, SAP HCM/ERP Tool/SuccessFactors, Minimum 3 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 25 Team members managed
