Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) WMS Functional Tester with 5-15 years of experience in ERP testing and validation. The candidate should have strong expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, test planning, test execution, defect management, and end-to-end business process validation within D365 F&O environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for D365 F&O WMS modules.
Validate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and replenishment.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to understand requirements and test impacts.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Validate interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations related to WMS processes.
Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and release validation activities.
Ensure quality standards and testing best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
5-15 years of ERP Functional Testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Warehouse Management (WMS).
Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test reports.

Quality Management
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in automation testing tools such as RSAT, Selenium, or EasyRepro.
Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is preferred.
