Domain Requirements
Graduate in any stream
Good knowledge of monitoring payment gateway, payment authorization, troubleshooting payment failures
Knowledge of Airline Industry would be added advantage
Previous work experience in troubleshooting payment issues including Airline booking/ Payment portal, Payment orchestrator, Gateway, Card or other payment methods
Other Requirements
Available to work in 24X7 shift pattern
Good communication
Good Analytical & Research skills.
Good coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
